The ONC Certification (g)(10) Standardized API Test Kit is a testing tool for Health IT systems seeking to meet the requirements of the Standardized API for Patient and Population Services criterion § 170.315(g)(10) in the ONC Certification Program. It is an approved test method for the § 170.315(g)(10) test procedure.
The Subscriptions Test Suite verifies the conformance of systems to the FHIR Subscriptions framework as specified in the HL7® FHIR® R5 version and above. For systems using the R4 and R4B releases of FHIR, it verifies Subscription functionality against the Subscriptions R5 Backport IG that specifies how to use R5 Subscriptions functionality within those earlier versions.
The UDS+ Test Kit validates the conformance of a server to the UDS+ IG v1.1.0. The included tests function as a rudimentary data receiver. This receiver will take a provided Import Manifest, either as an HTTP location or as a raw json, and validate its contents. This includes validating the structure of the manifest, as well as the structure of the data the manifest points to.
The SMART App Launch Test Kit primarily validates the conformance of an authorization server implementation to a specified version of the SMART Application Launch Framework Implementation Guide. This Test Kit also provides Brand Bundle Publisher testing for the User-access Brands and Endpoints specification. This Test Kit supports following versions of the SMART App Launch IG: STU1, STU2, and STU2.2.
The UDAP Security Test Kit is a collection of tests for the Security for Scalable Registration, Authentication, and Authorization IG.
The US Core Test Kit validates the conformance of a server implementation to a specific version of the US Core IG. Currently, Inferno can test against implementations of following versions of the US Core IG: v3.1.1, v4.0.0, v5.0.1, v6.1.0, and v7.0.0.
The Da Vinci Documentation Templates and Rules (DTR) Test Kit validates the conformance of DTR SMART app client and payer server implementations to version 2.0.1 of the Da Vinci DTR Implementation Guide.
The Da Vinci Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD) Test Kit tests the conformance of client and server systems to version 2.0.1 of the Da Vinci Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD) Implementation Guide.
The Service Base URL Test Kit provides a set of tests that verify conformance of Service Base URL publications to data format requirements as described in Conditions and Maintenance of Certification - Application programming interfaces and the ONC HTI-1 Final Rule. The Da Vinci Prior Authorization Support (PAS) Test Kit validates the conformance of both PAS client and server implementations to version 2.0.1 of the Da Vinci PAS Implementation Guide.
The Da Vinci Payer Data Exchange (PDex) Test Kit validates the conformance of PDex client and server implementations to version 2.0.0 of the Da Vinci PDex Implementation Guide.
The International Patient Summary Test Kit provides an executable set of tests for the International Patient Summary (IPS) Implementation Guide v1.1.0. This test kit simulates requests performed by a realistic IPS Requestor and validating responses based on requirements specified within the IPS IG and the base FHIR specification.
The Carin IG for Blue Button Test Kit validates the conformance of server implementation to a specified version of the CARIN IG for Blue Button. Currently, Inferno can test against implementations of these versions of the CARIN IG for Blue Button: v1.1.0, and v2.0.0. This version also includes a test suite targeting the ‘Non-Financial’ proposed changes to the Implementation Guide.
The DaVinci US Drug Formulary Test Kit validates the conformance of a server implementation to the DaVinci Payer Data Exchange (PDex) US Drug Formulary Implementation Guide v2.0.1.
The SMART Scheduling Links Test Kit provides an executable set of tests for the SMART Scheduling Links Draft IG. These tests retrieve a bulk publication manifest, retrieve the files listed in the manifest, and then validate the resources they contain.
The SMART Health Cards Vaccination: Vaccination and Testing Test Kit provides an executable set of tests for the SMART Health Cards: Vaccinations and Testing Implementation Guide v0.5.0-rc. This test kit simulates downloading and validating a SMART Health Card.
The International Patient Access Test Kit provides an executable set of tests for the International Patient Access (IPA) Implementation Guide v1.0.0. This test kit evaluates the ability of a system to support applications acting on behalf of patients to access clinical records using an HL7® FHIR® R4 API in accordance to the IPA IG. The Bulk Data Access Test Kit validates the conformance of a server implementation to a specified version of the Bulk Data Access Implementation Guide. This Test Kit currently includes tests for STU1 and STU2 versions of this implementation guide.
The At-Home In-Vitro Test Kit provides an executable set of tests for the At-Home In-Vitro Test Implementation Guide v1.0.0. This test kit validates At-Home In-Vitro FHIR Bundles and their entry resources.
